The Langlois Public Library District Board of Directors will have 3 positions on the ballot for the May 16, 2023 election. 

Position 3: incumbent Susan Orbom intends to run. 

Position 4: incumbent Jo Rieber intends to run.  

Position 5: incumbent does not intend to run.  

The term for these positions is 4 years; July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2027

If you are interested in becoming a candidate, the requirements and prerequisites are as follows:

1.  Must reside in the Langlois Public Library District

2.  If you prefer you can fill out a District Candidate Filing Form SEL 190 and pay the $10 filing fee on line here:   https://sos.oregon.gov/elections/documents/sel190.pdf 

3.  Or you can stop by the library to pick up a copy of the form SEL 190 if you choose.

4.  The SEL 190 form and $10 fee must be filed with the county elections official February 4, 2023 - March 16, 2023.
