LANGLOIS LIBRARY BOARD VACANCY

The Langlois Public Library is seeking two board members. 

 

Term expires June 30, 2027 for position 4.

Term expires June 30, 2029 for position 1.

 

Requirements:  Applicants must reside in the Langlois Library District.

The applicant should submit a letter of interest by September 7th, 2026 which addresses the following criteria: 

 

*A resident of the Library District, have a Langlois library card and be a registered voter. 

*Familiarity with Langlois Public Library operation as a patron, supporter or volunteer. 

*Familiarity with libraries and library operations in general. 

*Budget, finance or money management experience. 

*Board or similar volunteer experience in any area. 

*Ability to attend monthly board meetings.

*Indicate specific contributions you think you can bring to the board experience.
